International Women's Day Event

Leanne is a busy mom of 3 girls who has always been involved in the Sarnia-Lambton community. 
Leanne lost her husband Len, to suicide in March 2022, Leanne is using her voice for good and speaking up. After that, she founded Project Mental Wellness.

Project Mental Wellness believes that mental health is just as important as physical health and should be prioritized in all aspects of life. Their goal is to break down the stigma surrounding mental health by providing education, support and access to resources for those who need it.

Rebecca Nettleship is a compassionate and skilled Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor specializing in trauma-informed care. 

Rebecca understands the pulls and pressures of womanhood firsthand from managing pregnancy and working through illness between client sessions to ensuring she’s home in time for family dinners. She has dedicated her career to helping others create balance and thrive beyond the pressures of achievement. Through her work and her platform, The Imperfect Counsellor, she empowers others to embrace their imperfections and redefine success.

Julie Craddock comes from a policing family and 2 of her 4 children are police officers with the Nishnawbe Aski Police Service. Her husband Shawn is a Corporal with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Deputy Chief Julie Craddock began her career in 1994, as a member of the Ontario Provincial Police and became the first female Deputy Chief of the Sarnia Police Service in March 2023. 

In September 2024, she became the first female Deputy Chief of the Anishinabek Police Service and currently oversees police operations and criminal investigations for 16 First Nation Communities in the Anishinabek Nation.

Tiffaney Marlow is a Registered Physiotherapist and the founder of Bluewater Pelvic Health Centre, with over a decade of experience in pelvic health. After earning a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2011, she specialized in pelvic health and manual therapy, working in both sports rehabilitation and pelvic health clinics in Toronto before opening Bluewater Pelvic Health Centre in Sarnia in 2019.

As a mother of two, she understands the impact of pelvic health on both physical and mental well-being. Her mission is to create a safe, supportive environment where people feel empowered to discuss their pelvic health, break down stigma, and gain the knowledge they need to feel confident in their bodies.

Angela Lefebvre is a dedicated mortgage agent based in Sarnia, ON, with extensive experience in helping clients achieve their homeownership and financial goals. With over a decade of expertise in sales and marketing, Angela combines her strategic background with a strong understanding of the mortgage and financial sectors, offering personalized solutions tailored to individual needs.

Holding a Bachelor of Science and having worked across various regions in Canada, Angela brings a broad perspective to her work, skillfully navigating diverse financial scenarios.

She aims to provide practical insights on saving, investing, and achieving financial independence, inspiring her audience to take control of their financial well-being.

Angela is passionate about promoting financial literacy and empowerment, especially for women.
